Existing project, which is undergoing modification, and we have been asked to enhance the building's attributes. An emphasis is placed on bringing clarity to the exterior appearance of the building. A wide overhang with a wood treatment on the underside allows the ray of light to enter the structure.

Besides the vertical louvers that run from the metal gate through to the skin of the building, the terrace garden also adds character to the structure. The interior is equally appealing as the exterior. Each space has been meticulously designed with fine details, and the unused corner space has been restored to its original purpose. With wood flooring, brass inlays in the headboards, customized furniture, and artwork, the bedrooms fulfill their purpose.
