The property is located in a prime residential neighborhood adjacent to a park. We began by taking advantage of the surroundings and visually borrowing them for the project. The central double-height living space overlooks the garden and the park beyond. Having an open plan design allows maximum connections with the outdoors, while offering stunning views from every space.

A contemporary design style is evident in all aspects of the house, including the architecture and furnishings. There is a distinct color palette used in the design of each room or space, which opens up several different possibilities to the individual. The Kitchen, family living and dining areas form a seamless core which have been conceived together to preserve the integrity of the common spaces.
